3LPE/PP is the thickness of ≥125um coating of hot melt epoxy powder to do the bottom, to 170~250um adhesive vinyl copolymer for the middle layer, 1.5~3.mm high-density polyethylene(PE) or polypropylene(PP) for the three-tier structure of the surface layer anti-corrosion coating. This structure is mainly the FBE high bond, oxidation resistance, chemical resistance and excellent resistance to cathodic stripping benefits and high density polyethylene(PP) and moisture resistance, electrical insulation and resistance to mechanical damage perfect combination of performance together. So the anti-corrosion coating with the steel surface pretreated with strong adhesive. Electrical insulation properties, mechanical shock, long lifetime, cathodic protection current density, and many other advantages. Such anti-corrosion coatings are widely used in water, oil, gas and other fluid long pipeline.
3LPE anti-corrosion coating materials can be divided into low temperature(S) and high temperature(D) both of which PE low temperature operating temperature is 50oC, high-temperature operating temperature is 70oC.
The anti-corrosion coatings 3LPP to -20~110oC wider temperature range and excellent UV resistance is widely used in various long-distance pipeline.
